Hi Guys,

I must confess that I'm totally new to Linux, but I've solved the
Problem in 5 Minutes ;). Maybe it helps other People, who also struggle
with this error :

First open a terminal and type "sudo synaptic". In the opening Window
search for human-theme (it's alphabetical order), mark it and choose the
menu option "package/force version". Now force Version 0.9 or 0.11 and
after that you choose "apply" and the missing dependencies get
installed. Now you must restart the system (ubuntu informs you with an
infow window about that) and after the reboot you can type "sudo apt-get
dist-upgrade" in the terminal an everything is fine. The update is
working and you are up-to-date and your luck is just another restart
away ;P !!!
