I did a more thorough research on this bug. It seems that this bug stays
around for some years now and is many times reported upstream. Here are

In nearly all of them the workaround proposed was to set the paragraph language 
to "Arabic" instead of "Farsi". But this is not a real solution. Because:
1- The problem still remains for Farsi (i.e. Persian) language which uses the 
same symbols as Arabic.
2- This workaround is dirty and hard to do every time.
