Could you test if this is actually a duplicate of bug #174759 by adding the
following line in your eclipse.ini:
-XX:CompileCommand=exclude,org/eclipse/core/internal/dtree/DataTreeNode,forwardDeltaWith
If you still encounter random crashing, allow PermSize to grow bigger by adding
the following line in eclipse.ini:
-XX:MaxPermSize=128m
