thanks for your report, well that bug you pointed was with a patch
developed by ubuntu which in the end was removed because it was causing
too many issues to users so the normal behavior was give it back,
furthermore i cannot reproduce your problem, are you using compiz or
metacity? does it happens with both? thanks.
