** Attachment added: "/proc/modules after resume"
   http://launchpadlibrarian.net/16146699/proc.modules.txt

** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: linux-source-2.6.24

I upgraded from gutsy to hardy. ABIT AN-M2 motherboard. Sound was working
perfectly fine in gutsy - no issues whatsoever.
In hardy, sound is working when I start/restart. However, sound does not work
after I resume from hibernate.

  Two experiments tried:
  1. After resuming from hibernate, I logged out and opened another virtual
terminal (Alt+F1) and did 'rmmod snd_hda_intel' and 'modprobe snd_hda_intel.
Logging in now results in sound working properly.
  2. Adding 'snd_hda_intel' in MODULES in /etc/default/acpi-support does not
help at all
