I have had the exact same thing happen using both the copy function in
Nautilus and the program jfilesync. It makes me suspect that this is not
a problem in f-spot but something higher up. It is a problem when
jfilesync is trying to compare two filesystems and thinks the files are
not on the second one because they are a different case than the source.
