EXA is already enabled, although only partially in 8.04, but the real
deal for 3D games is the work around GEM (Graphics Execution Manager)
which will eventually at least double Intel 3D performance in Linux.
Currently not sure whether it will be ready for 8.10 or not. Some
smaller performance improvements might be already there for 8.10 anyway.
