Can you explain what you do with the information?
I sent in the information so that even if it is too early to add to a
repository at this stage, Ubuntu would already know about it so it can add it
when it does become suitable.

Does Ubuntu handle advanced warnings like this?
or
Do individuals need to follow the projects themselves, and then notify you when
the time comes?

Does Ubuntu have a policy/procedure of contacting the projects that are too
early, and ;
a) inform them to let Ubuntu know when they are ready?
b) inform them of the project hosting facilities at launchpad's PPA, which
helps projects automatically keep Ubuntu up-to-date with what they are doing.

Thank you.
