Nobody answered... :-( Well, here's something that I've discovered so far. If I disable the autostart in Nautilus (Edit - Preferences - Media), whenever I insert a cd/dvd, my pc won't reboot.
If I do a: sudo tail -f /var/log/messages and I try to mount the cd-rom this is what I get: Jul 21 20:28:03 athlon64 kernel: [ 4706.507491] printk: 37 messages suppressed.
