Public bug reported:

Epiphany was working fine for me.

I had a screen problem and restarted X, which killed Epiphany. But I
want to insist that I did not upgraded anything on the system ! I just
restarted X.

1) On the restart, Epiphany didn't ask me to recover tabs. Strange.

In the console the following message is displayed :
** (epiphany-browser:16181): WARNING **: failed to read user preferences,
error: 80004005
sys:1: Warning: value "((GaProtocol) 2)" of type `GaProtocol' is invalid or out
of range for property `flags' of type `GaProtocol'
sys:1: Warning: g_hash_table_unref: assertion `hash_table != NULL' failed

2) All my stored password/cookies/certificates exceptions are lost

3) Epiphany ask me for a proxy password all the time without allowing to
save it (as it can do usually which is really convenient)

4) Going to the Personnal Data > Password tab crashes Epiphany.

5) It doesn't offer me to save a password although the option is well
set.

6) It offers me to add an exception for a bad certificate but,
unfortunatly, the "Add exception" button doesn't work. It doesn't do
anything and I must close the dialog with the cancel button.

There are some pretty similar bugs but all are a few months old and implies a
browser upgrade. AFAIK, none of those bug happened only because of a hot
restart.

** Affects: epiphany-browser (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
