Public bug reported:
Please upgrade proxychains (http://proxychains.sourceforge.net/) to
latest version. Currently, apt holds version 2.1-5 in hardy & intrepid,
but latest is 3.1. I't also be great if you could patch it with this
http://www.ece.auckland.ac.nz/~wsun013/proxychains/proxychains_exclude-3.1.patch
to avoid a bug connecting to localhost.
