Binary package hint: firefox
Mouse gestures are enabled in Ubuntu's build of Firefox 2.0, and there
appears to be no reasonable way to disable them. At least no extension
appears under Tools->Add-ons and no preference appears under
Edit->Preferences. I can find no relevant documentation on the matter
whatsoever.
I have asked the Firefox people about this, and they *insist* that this
behaviour is not the default in the official Firefox builds.
Please, please, *please* provide a way to disable mouse gestures. They
are unbelievably irritating and make browsing many pages a nightmare.
