Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xorg

Im'currently using ubuntu Intrepid with all latest update.
Since one or two weeks, xorg is crashing when changing resolution with xrandr
Here is the script I'm using for doing this:

#!/bin/bash
xrandr  --output LVDS --mode 1440x900
xrandr  --output VGA --off

In the Xorg.0.log, you can read:

For information, I'm using a Dell D620 laptop with intel 945GM graphic adapter.
