Public bug reported:

After last night's update (2.6.24-20.20), networking completely stoped
working (2.6.24-20.19 worked fine). A brief look into syslog reveales
this lines every few secounds:

Jul 23 23:31:17 florian-laptop kernel: [  102.943819] ACPI: PCI Interrupt
0000:10:00.0[A] -> GSI 17 (level, low) -> IRQ 17
Jul 23 23:31:17 florian-laptop kernel: [  102.943950] PM: Writing back config
space on device 0000:10:00.0 at offset 1 (was 100002, writing 100006)
Jul 23 23:31:17 florian-laptop kernel: [  102.944230] iwl3945: Radio disabled
by HW RF Kill switch
Jul 23 23:31:17 florian-laptop kernel: [  102.944335] ACPI: PCI interrupt for
device 0000:10:00.0 disabled
Jul 23 23:31:19 florian-laptop NetworkManager: <WARN>
nm_device_802_11_wireless_scan(): (eth1): could not trigger wireless scan:
Network is down

This makes NetworkManager connect neither to wired, nor to wireless networks.
I have an HP Compaq nx7400 with an Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG wlan card.
