Thanks for your bugreport.

The commandline arguments you have given are for apt. They do not apply
to the packages being installed. Please try "export
DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive" if you do not want to see any questions
from the packages being install (debconf is used to ask questions
there).

Or use the unattended-upgrades programm.
