gstreamer (and then totem) doesn't crash if i remove gstreamer0.10-pitfdll. BUT, i would like to focus this bug on totem. see if totem was fixed up to produce a nice error message when gstreamer died/produced an error message then it would make the whole "user experience" cleaner (also then possibly totem could capture some debugging information from gstreamer for bug reports?).
i'll see if i can find someone with a current cvs build with pitfdll to see if gstreamers problem has already been fixed upstream. -- [edgy] totem crash https://launchpad.net/bugs/67319 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
