Binary package hint: linux-image-2.6.24-20-generic
After having adept update my system by installing the mentioned kernel version,
my system fails to boot beyond the "Starting system" message that you get right
after grub. Nothing else happens. I would have expected a working system after
an upgrade ;-)
Booting 2.6.24-19-generic instead works.
System:
AMD Athlon XP @ 1249 Mhz,
1GB of memory,
System disc on Ext3, data disc on ReiserFS.
Video card: Matrox G400 16MB dual head
