Could I have lsusb output for your hardware, then?

I don't think we should be asking this question of the user, but am
happy to apply hardware autodetection where it's possible. Where it
isn't possible, it'll almost always be pc105 with minor variations
easily detectable from the selected keymap (us => pc104, jp => jp106, br
=> abnt2).
