No, they haven't been fixed in trunk (at least not in http://svn.gnome.org/viewvc/gegl/trunk/gegl/) but, yes, this will cause gcc to bail out if you use the -pedantic and -Werror options (or the -pedantic-errors one). Since the use of a trailing comma at the end of an enumerator list is part of the ISO C99 standard (and it is implemented as part of the GCC features) and upstream hasn't changed this, I don't see any reasons why we should.
