Acordding to brazillian law 11662 [1] the GMT -5, Acre, timezone was
revoked, all Amazonas state is now GMT -4 and all Para state is GMT -3.
Cities of Boa_vista, Manaus, Porto_Acre, Porto_Velho, Rio_Branco are GMT
-4. Belem is GMT -3.
