I have this problem after a second installation of WinXP2 in another logical disk. I installed two separate copies of winxp and one ubuntu. When the system tried to do routine filesystem check, the terminal complained: fsck.ext3: Unable to resolve 'UUID=xxxxx...'
I successfully fixed the problem by typing: sudo vol_id /dev/sdaX Thanks for everyone who makes Ubuntu better. I can completely migrate to Ubuntu now. -- fsck Unable to resolve UUID https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/106209 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
