I expected to be able to scale a tiff down, then add white canvas, then
save as a .jpg file.
Instead it adds black canvas.
When processing a set of TIFF images, the canvas action will only add
black backgrounds. Even if I process the images with the only action to
save as .jpg at 100% quality and then process the .jpg files produced it
will only add black backgrounds.
