Per your pervious discussions with Colin, I'm going to go ahead and mark
this as "Won't Fix" for Hardy. However, the latest Intrepid Ibex 8.10
Alpha release (Alpha 3 at the time of the posting) is available for
testing - http://www.ubuntu.com/testing . If you are able to test and
verify this is still an issue with the Intrepid kernel, please feel free
to change the status back to New. Thanks.
