Public bug reported:
If I have an image saved on my desktop, and I make it my backround.
If I later move that image to another folder, like "Documents" that
picture is no longer my backround.
1. Release: 8.04 Hardy Haron
3. I expected that when I move the image, linux would auto correct the the path.
4. It didnt so the image was no longer the background
