Hi, As well as testing the above could someone try running vnc as before, but disabling the mouse plugin?
gconftool-2 --set --type boolean /apps/gnome-settings- daemon/plugins/mouse/active false The mouse plugin attempts to protect against a missing XInput extension, but that protection may be incomplete.
