Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: openoffice.org
Version: Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy, Oo Draw 2.3 (package version
1:2.3.0-1ubuntu5.4)
To reproduce this bug, open a new drawing document, draw someting and insert an
eps-graphic file (Insert - Graphic - From File...). Export as eps (level2,
grayscale, no preview, no compression). Open the resulting eps-file e. g. with
Evince document viewer: the hand drawn line will be displayed, the inserted
graphic will not.
Hint: I did the same thing on Oo Draw 2.3.1 for Windows, where it worked fine.
The resulting eps-files differ just in one place: after a tm setmatrix command
two numbers (probably coordinates for the inserted eps) are different.
However, parsing the resulting files with ghostscript results in an error
(/stackunderflow in --roll--) for both the Windows and Linux created eps-files.
Attachment Description: sample file resulting from eps-export. Replace the
following numbers in this file
24955.62622 937744.77071
by
706.95825 26581.6302
and the inserted graphic will become visible in Evince.
