I ran into this bug on hardy as well. Recommend/Depend... either way I'd
think it would be a good idea to have autogen installed automatically.
If someone really wants to they can uninstall autogen in order to use
anjuta as a editor only (I think using anjuta as a full IDE is much much
more common than using it as a text editor only).

Also a comment on what Ben James said about; if it's gray or absent then
I worry tat it will be hard for the user to understand that he needs to
install an additional package.
