reinstalling the package fix this problem.

this happened because i first installed the smplayer's site ubuntu deb
package, and then i upgraded to the ubuntu version.

purging smplayer and reinstalling fix this problem.

i don't know how this happen, but i think that some problem occurs
during the upgrade.
i think that upgrading should work, also if the ugrade is not from a
'official' package, so i thing that this bug should be confirmed.
