I've same problem. To fix it I've add "blacklist wl" in "/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist" file.
Now all work perfectly. I've this hardware : 02:00.0 Network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM4328 802.11a/b/g/n (rev 03) on MacBook laptop. -- I cannot connect to any server.
