Anyone on a pre-release version of Ubuntu should have already seen the
"do not install on production machines" warning (or something similar),
and would therefore be aware of the risks associated with running pre-
release software. Regressions are an unfortunate but inevitable part of
the testing process. I don't think it's productive to put a warning on
update-manager as well, as updating is a critical part of the testing
process. We don't want testing users to stick to using old versions
(which are more likely to be the ones containing the errors anyway).

If a user is concerned about encountering a new error, they shouldn't be
testing in the first place. A big red warning in update-manager, in
terms of testing, is unnecessary at best and counter-productive at
worst.
