Thunar has the association for audio cds cdda:/ instead of the proper cdda:// and for dvds as dvd:/ instead of dvd://
To correct this for the current user who is logged in they can do the following 1. Run Thunar 2. From the Edit menu select Preferences 3. Click on the advanced tab, then click on the blue linked word Configure 4. Click on the Multimedia Tab and change "totem cdda:/" to "totem cdda://" 4. Do the same for DVD playback, change "totem dvd:/" to "totem dvd://" The problem still exists in Hardy as well.
