Your term log does does not contain any information related to
powertweak-extra, it only shows a problem with volumeid:

dpkg: error processing volumeid (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 2
The above is a duplicate of bug #146513 which has already been fixed.
We need more information for the powertweak-extra package failing to
install, please provide your /var/log/apt/term.log
