Wubi installs by default 64-bit Ubuntu if the processor can support it.
It was decided that the 64 bit version of Ubuntu is mature enough and
often there are workarounds for the few packages that do not ship 64bit
binaries. It is possible to install the 32-bit version of Ubuntu by
launching wubi with the --32bit argument and/or by pre-downloading a
32-bit ISO.
