Menu entry (gnome-commander.desktop) bug is related to upstream bug
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=333898 and is partially fixed
in 1.2 upstream version (complete fix is available in 1.2.1).
Fixed packages for Ubuntu 6.06/Baltix 2.0.x are available at Baltix
