I can confirm in Hardy... 1) Create 'untitled file' on desktop with nautilus. 2) Rename to '.test'
After a short delay.. 'untitled file' is now called '.test', and appears in the directory listing in nautilus, and on the desktop (as '.test'). 3) Toggling the 'show hidden' option (show hidden/hide hidden), removes '.test' from the folder list in nautilus, but it is still displayed on the desktop. -- created .hidden folders/files stays visible after being moved/deleted https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/28429 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is a direct subscriber. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
