Binary package hint: gtk-qt-engine-kde4
If you try to color any shape inside of inkscape using the "fill and
stroke" tab the color sliders for "RGB", "HSL", CMYK", etc. are grayed
and it makes almost imposible to select a color to use. The same is
present under the gradient editor of Inkscape.
