This seems to be a request for packaging of TrueCrypt, which as you
noted, is bug #109701. I am therefore marking this as a duplicate of
that report.
Note that EasyCrypt currently notifies the user that it needs TrueCrypt
to work, and sends them to the TrueCrypt website to download the
required package. As long as TrueCrypt is not found in the Ubuntu
repositories, this is the correct behaviour for EasyCrypt.
