Hello Vassilis, yesterday, it happened again once after rebooting. Absolutely strange, because I rebooted several times before and after that without problems into Edgy. So there is still a problem with the Microsoft Optical USB Mouse, but I can not reproduce it reliably.....
My guess is that is is less a kernel module problem but more a problem with upstart/udev/udev/xorg. It did not occur during the early testing stage of Edgy. Since it occurs not often, it is not severe, but I do not like such problems that can not really reproduced but do exist....
