* Merge from Debian unstable (LP: #254026). Remaining Ubuntu changes:
- add debian/icons/kommander.xpm and debian/icons/kxsldbg.xpm icons
- remove libcvsservice-dev from Build-Depends field in
debian/control.in
- use -fpermissive to fix gcc 4.3 compile

- Translation updates in desktop files.
