Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: update-manager

Running 8.04.1:
If an update fails (for example, due to Bug #105113), after update-manager is
done running, the window it pops up has less than ideal wording: In large print
it says "Upgrade is complete", but then the small print says "not all changes
and updates succeeded. For further details...expand the panel below".

The problem is that it it could lead to user confusion. Saying that
something is "complete" often carries with it the implication that
there were no problems. It would be much clearer if the large "Upgrade
is complete" text was removed altogether and the "not all changes and
updates succeeded" text became the main message for the user.

$ apt-cache policy update-manager
