Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: dolphin

Hi,
I've just upgraded my kubuntu 7.10 to 8.04 (my current OS description is
Ubuntu 8.04.1 with release number 8.04) and I've installed dolphin
(this is the output of apt-cache policy dolphin
dolphin:
  Installato: 0.9.2-0ubuntu6.1
  Candidato: 0.9.2-0ubuntu6.1
  Tabella versione:
 *** 0.9.2-0ubuntu6.1 0
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com hardy-updates/main Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
     0.9.2-0ubuntu6 0
        500 http://it.archive.ubuntu.com hardy/main Packages
).
I've discovered that if I create a new file using Dolphin, the timestamp is
totally wrong.
If I do the same thing using konqueror, the timestamp is correct.
This are two file created today:
-rw-r--r-- 1 andreak andreak 2 2008-08-04 12:48 testKonq.txt
-rw-r--r-- 1 andreak andreak 2 2005-09-10 10:25 test.txt
the first one (testKonq.txt) was created with konqueror and has the corret
modification/creation date
the second one was created with Dolphin
Can you fix it?
Thank you,
Xwang
