Trying to remove/upgrade to 2.2.6+dfsg-1 fails.
Running '/etc/init.d/opencryptoki stop' manually seems to do nothing, no errors
or printout.
Worked around issue by manually killing the pcksslotd daemon, commenting out
the call to 'start-stop-daemon' in the stop script then running apt.
