It unfortunately looks like this did not get resolved for Hardy. The
Ubuntu kernel team is actively working on the upcoming Intrepipd Ibex
8.10 release. Alpha versions are available for testing (most recent is
Alpha3 at the time of this posting) - http://www.ubuntu.com/testing.
Jamie, would you be willing to test and confirm this is still and issue
with the upcoming Intrepid release? You should be able test via a
LiveCD. Thanks in advance.
