UBUNTU HARDY HERON 8.04
PIDGIN VERSION: 1:2.4.1-1ubuntu2.1
Whenever I go to open up Pidgin, the window pops up for a couple of
seconds and then closes. No icon in the system tray, nothing. It just
pops up, then closes. I tried completely uninstalling, then
reinstalling, but no dice. Can anyone help? I'll try to provide whatever
information it is you need, Apport opened so I'm expecting it will
append some technical info for you, and I opened up the debug window in
Pidgin, so I might have some more technical info for you soon. Thank you
so much for looking into this problem.
