Public bug reported:
Okular doesn't print a whole PDF file, the last page isn't printed. If a
document has n pages Okular only prints pages 1 to (n-1).
This happens on several (probably all) PDF files and Adobe Reader prints these
documents correctly.
As Okular will be the standard PDF viewer for Kubuntu Intrepid this
shouldn't happen.
