Public bug reported:
System is 8.10 alpha 3 with Juli@ card installed.
All seems ok, but when i try to play something on any player or receive
audio via pulse from another PC sound is accelerated by 10-15%.

pulseaudio version: 0.9.10-2ubuntu1
