It looks different than

forum, he was able to boot (not you) and he was not having any error
messages at all, even in logs.

As far as I know, this is some kind of time field to uniquely identify bugs in 
/var/log/syslog.

Searching PCI: JMB36x: Enabling dual function on 0000:02:00.0  PCI: Cannot 
allocate resource region 0 of devices 0000:02:00.0 on Google,
only  bug #57502 shows off in the results.
