3) Since the there is no active download the download notification area
must be colapsed to the icon to free space to show the url which the
selected link points to.
4) When the download is finished the download notification area in the
the status bar still showing that warning "One active download (a few
seconds remaining)" and the only way to make it disappear is restart
firefox.
