* Merge from debian unstable, remaining changes (LP: #255514):
- debian/control:
+ change the build-dependency from libdb-dev to libdb4.6-dev to
match the one used by libaprutil1-dev as only one version of
libdb*-dev can be installed at a given time.
+ replace the dependency of libbttracker0-dev on libdb*-dev with
libdb4.6-dev (the version mod-bt was build with).
