Binary package hint: qemu
In the new input-hotplug world in Intrepid, we use the evdev driver,
which emits a different set of keycodes from pc105 et al. kvm fails to
translate this back to PC keycodes, so for example arrow keys don't work
(at least at the Linux console in the guest).
Using the '-k en-us' option works around this.
